When handling hundreds or even thousands of the same parts, not handling the part is the number one goal. With our fully automated, twin spindle turning centers, there are very few parts that still need a human operator.

Process control is the number one factor on whether a production run will succeed. All of the machines in our shop are equipped with everything they need to guarantee success. With advanced measuring equipment, part-data tracking, and streamlined quality controls, you can put your money on results.
Optimized fixture design
The more access the machine has, the better the results you will see. By using pull-lock fixturing, multi station vises, and an in house custom fixturing plate, we can optimize holding any part. This reduces the number of changeovers, and thus, the ultimate price per piece.
